Call out to all composers! Steemit pianist available to record/perform your piano music!

Hi all.

I absolutely love promoting music by composers that are still alive :D
I'm able to read most music scores regardless of their complexity, so I'd love to use my particular skills to give back to this exciting community in whatever ways I can. Therefore, I would absolutely love to offer my piano playing services for all composers out there that might have piano music that they'd love to hear professionally recorded. If you don't already have any piano music written, please feel inspired to compose some now that you know you've a very good chance to have them played by me!! I look forward to hearing from you, and getting immersed in your individual sound-worlds!

warmest wishes,
Hisokana

@irelandscape Hi. I've recorded a rendition of your piano piece for you. I don't really know how you'd like it sent or how you'd like to present it. Let me know and I'll get the recording straight to you, ok?

That was quick! Dtube?

I only made an audio recording, not a video, so maybe DSound is better? Would you prefer it posted from your account or mine? I'm happy for you to decide how you'd like it presented, or whether you'd want to write a little spiel about the piece you wrote for others to read? You might have an image in mind that you feel should go with it. I'm happy to share it with you privately so that you can listen to it first before anyone else can. You might not like my performance! :D

Hi,
Don't worry, this is your performance. :-) Dsounds is good and you can post it with your account.
Here is my own video on Dtube: https://steemit.com/pianocomposition/@irelandscape/o7xlobch
Cheers!

Thank you! I'll post it today on dsound, though I'm not sure I improved on your own lovely recording! I also realised comparing your recording with your score that the left hand bars 33-37 are written an octave higher than you played, and due to the slight awkwardness of the way it's written I wonder if it's meant to be written just as you played it.....

You are absolutely right! I just checked the score online and there is definitely a mistake. I think I changed my mind along the way about how high to play the left hand and forgot to correct the sheet. Will do that as soon as I have a chance. Thanks for pointing this out!
