OR the governments can stop suppressing zero point energy that has already been discovered and in existence on Earth for the past 100 years. Like the Magnetic Motor that runs on nothing by the resistance of the magenets to spin a turbine.... and would continue to go for at leasts 400 years before the magnets would need to be replaced.
