Long time ago there was a person living at country side.Who was very poor but hard working. He had a daughter who was very beautiful and 18 years old. So the person started thinking about her daughter's marriage. That person was a small farmer. But due to drought he was not able to grow crops in his field in that year. So he had to face financial problems and also he was planning for her daughter's marriage. But he failed to accumulate wealth for his daughter's marriage. So he decided to ask for help from his friends. Some of his friends suggested that there was a very kind and generous king who could help him about his neediness. So the farmer decided to go and ask for help from that king.
When that farmer reached the king's palace, He requested the gate keepers to allow him to meet the king. Finally he got the chance to meet him and he explained about his problems to the king . The king assured to help him, But he had four questions. The king told him if he could answer his all questions then he will definitely help him. But he have to answer first.
The farmer accept this challenge and agreed to answer all his questions. The king asked questions one by one . The questions were ....Q.1- Which thing in the world that moves faster than anything else? Q.2- Which object is most powerful in the world? Q.3- Which object is most soft in the world? Q.4- What is that thing which gives more pleasure than any other thing in the world? The farmer told the king that he needed some time to answer those questions and returned his home. But he was worried that how could he answer those difficult questions.
Her daughter noticed that her father was in a worry and sad. So she asked her father about his problems. Her father explained her everything that had happened. By listening to her father the girl started to smile and told her father not to worry much as these questions were very easy to answer.And answer all his questions.
On the very next day the farmer visited the king with all his answers. The king was also very anxious to know about his answers. The farmer answered them one by one as ....Answer 1- Fastest moving thing in the world is "wind"..... Answer 2- The most powerful thing in the world is "Land" because everything in the nature gets its energy from land and grows....Answer 3- The most softest thing in the world is "palm" because even any person sleeps on a soft pillow he put his hand or palm under his head to get rest....Answer 4- The most pleasurable thing in the world is "sleep" because everyone one in the world falls a sleep even if he had big problems or tension in life.
The king was very satisfied to hear all this answers from the farmer.But he asked the farmer how he answered all these questions. So the farmer told him that all the questions were solved by his daughter. The king was very shocked to know how intelligent was his daughter.So he gave another challenge to the farmer and gave him a small piece of thread and told him to made a scarf out of that thread. This challenge made him worried.The farmer could not imagine how he could able to made a scarf out of a small piece of thread. He again went home with thinking about that problem. Her daughter asked him about what happened in the court.So the farmer explained everything to her, then she again smiled and answered him the solution. She gave her father a tiny piece of wood and told her father to go to the court and ask them to built a "loom" out of it , then only she could be able to make a scarf out of that small piece of thread. Her father then presented before the king and answered him what his daughter told him to answer. The king suddenly understands that his daughter was very smart. The king ordered the farmer to go home because he wants to meet that
" CLEAVER LADY" at his home. Then the king visited his home for meeting with that intelligent girl. When he faced that girl he asked her a tricked question to test her intelligence....that Is he crossing by her home or he visited her home? To answer this tricked question the girl said first answer me then I will answer your question.
The girl was standing near the front door of the house, So she asked the king that .." Is she is going into that house or she is going out of that house?"...From this answer the king completely understood that this lady was very cleaver and most suitable to be the queen for his kingdom. So he gave her some gold coins and also a ring and asked her father to marry his daughter. In this way the farmer's life completely changed and that cleaver girl became the queen of that kingdom.
