I find it facinating the historic periods of climate change:

It looks like we should expect to have "global warming" for the next 250 or 350 years until 2250 A.D. Hopefully we will have habitats in space which can regulate climate by orbiting closer to the sun.
Deep in this video we learn why such a cold inhospitable place was called "Greenland." Also the warming periods often have a four or five hundred year cycle, which is good news to places like Russia, Greenland and Canada.
