First off I'd like to say that I am neither a Law, Economics, nor Political Science graduate - this topic is an ambitious reach for a layman like myself to grasp. I will exercise to the best of my ability at highlighting the key points of interest.
What triggered my interest to research The Clinton Foundation was via a recommendation by an 'alleged FBI insider' discussing questions raised on 4chan/pol/. https://sli.mg/VrkHUP To the extend of what was discernible, I felt there was some credibility to many of the answers given. I suspect a different user imitated the original informant once the thread was relocated (user: 'bTgVpkEd' represented later by user: vMmUnw CH) - take from it what you will with a grain of salt, personally I felt it was worth taking the time to research further. Sure enough, one rabbit hole after another, I realized this was something much larger than I anticipated - a web that leads to the very foundation and structure of organized crime as a global enterprise in collusion.
This is a review of both the circumstantial evidence and criminal negligence in relation to both, The Clinton Foundation, and the violation of proper conduct outlining the handling of classified national defense intelligence information.

It's not exactly 'breaking news' catching wind of off-shore tax invasion scandals, but unlike previous examples, The Clinton Foundation sets a new precedent of laundering - a hybrid of marketing policy decisions, insider trading, and contract bribery to name a few. Their donors and investors spread to the extreme ends of the Justice spectrum - From now FBI Director James Comey, previously acting on the Board of Directors for HSBC and Vice President for Lockheed Martin, to Billionaire Gilbert Chagoury - notoriously known as the 'Kingpin' of corruption in Nigeria - and convicted of laundering hundreds of millions of dollars.

Dig into these names, organisations and foundations. At a glace you can see Soros head foundation "Open Society Institute" - now operating as "Open Society Foundation". But lets skip the obvious for now.
Lets look at Canadian mining giant, Frank Giustra of The Redcliffe Foundation. Frank was seeking a uranium mining concession from the government of Kazakhstan, and was being met with local resistance and competition. He then travels with Bill Clinton to Kazakhstan, and two days later receives the mining concession contract. The Redcliffe Foundation then donated $31 Million to The Clinton Foundation shortly after signing the deal.

How about Jeffery Epstein? His quite popular now in light of #PizzaGate. He also donated $25,000 to WJC, LLC (Bill Clintons shell company) via COUQ Foundation (Epstein Foundation) in July, 2006. The following year he was "arrested following a complaint he sexually abused a 14-year-old teenager in Florida"

In a leak of financial documents of HSBC Swiss, "$81 million from seven wealthy international donors flowed to the Clinton Foundation through controversial Swiss tax-free HSBC accounts maintained in Geneva". The same bank where Jeffery Epstein held an account of $3.5 million in his own name.

For now I'd like to turn the attention to the two companies that Bill and Hillary set up in Delaware - WJC LLC, and ZFS Holdings LLC. Bill's company WJC LLC, are exempt from listing business assets and employees, also "was not legally required to report its existence in campaign finance reports". It's stated function is to transfer payments to Bill for 'consultant work'.

The second company is ZFS Holdings, LLC (Hillary's shell company) reportedly funneled through, over $10 Million in funds from book sales and speeches. But there is something rather odd about it all, and it's the fact that both these two companies, and three more under the Clinton Global Initiative, all seem to be registered to the same address... along with about 250,000 other companies.

To further illustrate the circumstantial evidence surrounding the Clintons, I'd now like to highlight the film version of NY times best selling author, Peter Schweizer with his book 'Clinton Cash'. Peter puts forth a strong case focusing on the aspects of 'pay-2-play' dealings with the Clinton Foundation. Below are a list of time-stamped Key Points to consider.

- 6:34 - Paul Kagame, UN accused of aiding military in Human Rights Violations, influenced the rise of child soldiers in the Congo - Praised by The Clinton Foundation and handed award.
- 9:53 - Hillary becomes Secretary of state (2009), simultaneously Joe Wilson VP of 'Jarch Capitol' - obtained a 50 year lease on 400,000ha of land in South Sudan during civil war conflict. Lease was signed by 'Warlords'.
Supported warlords to take power, in exchange for mining contracts on the land. - 10:53 - Lukas Lundin (most profitable mining operation in the Democratic Republic of Congo) under threat of US policy reform - a previously stated commitment of Ms. Hillary. Lukas Lundin donated $100 Million to The Clinton Foundation (2007) - Ms. Clinton reverses her commitment for policy reform in the DRC.
- 13:00 - Ms. Clinton granted 'waiver' to Nigeria bypassing 'transparency conditions' of receiving USAID.
Bill Clinton started receiving thereon, Millions of dollars in "speaking fees" from Nigeria. - 14:50 - Gilbert Chagoury donates $1 Billion to the Clinton Global Initiative Business partner to Marc Rich operating in Nigeria

- 28:30 - Haiti have not granted gold mining concession in 50 years. Granted permit during relief efforts to 'VCS Mining'. Hillary's Brother - Tony Rodham, then placed on the Board of Directors for VCS Mining.
- 31:11 - Keystone XL Pipeline position flip by Hillary, signs-off on controversial 'Environmental Impact Assessment' resulting in project approval. Bill Clinton receives $2 Million in "speaking fees" from Canadian company 'TD Bank Investment Group' - was also the largest shareholder in the project.
- 35:38 - Company 'Ericsson' was being pressured by Washington 2009/2010 with sanctions on Iran to prevent telecom equipment being traded with Iran and Belarus. Ericsson then paid Bill Clinton $750,000 for a speech. Seven days later, Hillary makes a statement effectively withdrawing the sanctions.
- 46:00 - Amar Singh listed as Clinton Foundation donor but denies donating at all. Sant Chatwal appears to be the likely donor - also appointed as a Trustee of The Clinton Foundation. Sant Chatwal under fire with Federal Agency 'FDIC' - owing Millions of dollars. Sant throws fundraiser party for Hillary amounting to $500,000. Bill Clinton has case with FDIC reduce to $125,000. Clinton Foundation erases Sant Chatwal from their website. Chatwal awarded in India for securing 'nuclear deal'.
Hillary changes position on 'non proliferation treaty' - supports export of nuclear technology to India. - 52:38 - Details outlining Frank Giustra's Canadian company 'Uranium One'. Russian granted 20% of US Uranium resources - Hillary signing-off the deal. Bill Clinton paid speech in Moscow. Uranium One donates $145 Million+ to the Clinton Foundation.
- 54:57 - Canadian investment firm 'Salida Capital' (2010) donated Millions to The Clinton Foundation, also paid for another Clinton speech in Canada. Salida Capital is a wholly owned subsidiary of 'Rosatom'.
Rosatom is the Government agency in Russia, in charge of their Nuclear arsenal. Months later, Bill Clinton was paid $500,000 for a speech in Moscow by company 'Renaissance Capital'.

- 24:48 - Inspector General of the Intelligence Community discovered "22 SCI Top Secret" files were found on Ms. Clintons private email server.
- 31:00 - By Law the Director of National Intelligence must conduct a 'Damage Assessment' after SCI files leaked - General James R. Clapper refuses to comply with the Statuary Requirement.
- 34:20 - Discussing IRS tax exemptions applied to charitable foundations, reiterates claims of fraudulent submissions by the Clinton Foundation.
Continues to discuss 'Enouement(?)' - partial expenditure of incoming donations, while diverting the rest.

- 46:20- The FBI Department was surprised at Mr. Comeys conclusion to dismiss the charges citing 'No Intent'. (in lieu of Intent not being a requirement for conviction).
- 50:28 - Recommends Congress to pass a 'Resolution of No Confidence' to James Comey.
- 54:55 - Reiterates 'James Kallstrom - Assistant FBI director, calls handling of Clinton case 'a farce'.

Huge proportion of emails sent By Huma Abedin to private sever at 'Yahoo.com' were heavily redacted, pertaining to the disclosure of secret information within them.
Further speculates about possible leak to Muslim Brotherhood/Sisterhood, via Ms. Abedins connections in the Mid-East. - 1:01:05 - Discussing 'Pay-2-Play' operation, citing Frank Giustra (The Redcliffe Foundation).
- 1:06:34 - Loretta Lynch did not prosecute HSBC in Laundering case, Instead fined $1.9 Billion.
- 1:09:38 - Suggests that State Dept, Patrick F. Kennedy will 'end careers' of those that 'cross' him or Hillary.
Also to note, Founder of Judicial Watch, Larry Klayman "filed a racketeering lawsuit against Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, and the Clinton Foundation, alleging Hillary Clinton sold access to U.S. government officials in return for donations to the Clinton Foundation." The federal court ruled against Klayman's suit In August 2015.

The deciding factor is not the Judges verdict as it temporally seems. Ultimately it's a matter of how important is Justice to the wider community. An Informed public sets the relative benchmark to which whistle-blowers can use for protection and plausible deniability. The better informed we are collectively, will equate to a higher probability of Justice.

Now this is a great post! Thank you @michael.collett for sharing this with the community. I agree, that once you start looking into the clintons and the scandals it is rabbithole! The pizzagate issue has background info going back decades to other scandals, and those just got buried by the media. Not this time!
