In the past, we had been doing this manually, this bot resolve the issue for us to manually check the post and give out advices to the author that post using this tag without using cn content.
之前，我们都是手动提醒一下那些作者，让他们明白#cn-malaysia是给华语的作者用的。

Great... hopefully soon you come come up with a bot that will only upvote teammalaysia posts that use slangs commonly used in Malaysia like bojio, walawei, kanasai... hahaha
