A guy in China who made a bet on Chinese SNS-Weibo that he will give 1 EOS to everyone who reposted and followed him if BITCOIN doesn't hit 10K USD by the end of April.
As you know, BTC didn't hit 10K USD by the end of Apr, and the post got reposted around 26K times.
absolutely, he lost the bet and should pay 26K EOS.
But he didn't keep his words. He apologized and only posted a couple of red pockets which are worth less than $1000 in total.
