口水鸡是中国四川传统特色菜肴,属于川菜系中的凉菜,佐料丰富,集麻辣鲜香嫩爽于一身。
Mouth water chicken is a traditional Chinese cuisine in Sichuan,Sichuan style dishes in the dish, rich seasoning,Set in a spicy and delicious and tender crisp.

制作步骤:
Making steps:
1、鸡腿洗净入锅焯水,水开后捞出用凉水冲洗干净。

2、另起一锅放入洗净的鸡腿,加葱姜蒜料酒和凉水煮至鸡肉熟透。

3、将鸡腿捞出放入冰水里,留鸡汤备用。

4、三大勺油烧至六成熟,加姜蒜末和葱段炒香,关火后20g辣椒粉,拌匀滤出红油。

5、生抽30g加适量醋、糖和盐小火加热至糖盐融化,酱料盛出。

6、鸡腿肉切块铺盘,浇上酱汁和红油,撒葱姜蒜末、花生碎和红辣椒,口水鸡完成。

7、鸡汤加适量盐加热,倒入煮好的面中,配煮好的青菜叶和葱花,鸡汤面完成。
Heat the chicken soup with some salt and pour into the cooked noodles, with the boiled green leaves and scallion, finish chicken noodle
