• 不管你有没有受过高等教育
• 不管你有没有吃饱穿暖
• 不管你有没有伟大的理想
• 不管你有没有事务缠身

你都应该至少有一种 “兴趣爱好”

• 爱打游戏是一种兴趣爱好
• 爱读书看报是一种兴趣爱好
• 爱写博客是一种兴趣爱好
• 爱刷朋友圈是一种兴趣爱好
• 爱见人就喷也是一种兴趣爱好
• 爱抬杠也是一种兴趣爱好

只要是能让你觉得“独乐其中”的“兴趣爱好”即可

再忙，也需要停下来歇歇
