DO NOT participate in this kind of fraud, unless you are interested in conducting some sort of sting operation. This scam is just ripe for some sort of academic sting where some author agrees to add undeserving authors from Anzen to the paper, and then once they find out which names to add, turns in the authors to both the journal and their institution for scientific misconduct. If the journal is a society journal, the undeserving authors will likely be barred from publishing in their journals again. The institution might revoke their position/tenure. Honestly, I can’t wait for this to happen.
