The Steemit Weekly series initiated by @deanliu and @wilkinshui aims to bridge the gap between the whole community and the CN-subcommunity by summarizing important events, projects, announcements and etc on Steemit in the past week and present them in a concise way in Chinese for all CNers to keep up-to-date with others out there. On the other hand, 25% of author's reward from this series will be accumulated for funding future worthy projects that aim to onboard more users from the worldwide Chinese using population. We sincerely hope that this little act benefits Steem as a whole as well as the development of Steem-CN for many years to come.

本週的Steemit大事肯定是 Smart Media Token (SMT) 的誕生，如果要看白皮書可以按這裡。未來相信〈社區週邊事〉會有更多篇幅繼續報導有關消息，務求讓在CN區的各位可以儘快認識這個重大的變動。雖然目前還是在開展階段，可是一些資深用戶已經提出了一些建議，以下推荐兩篇有關SMT的文章：
@donkeypong 這一篇文章有趣地訴說一個如何用 SMT 拯救面臨結業的家族式報紙公司的故事，首先利用 SMT 吸引一些用戶持續訂閱，再利用 SMT 增加廣告收益，最後等待時機成熟後，透過不同的活動來讓其他讀者可以有機會賺取SMT，從而增加讀者的參與度和忠誠度並在最後獲得重大的成功。
@firepower 這一篇文章提議用 SMT 把一些知名博客或討論區資本化，再用這些資本擴充目前的模式來提供更多的資訊給讀者，更可以吸引更多人訂閱收費內容。

furion's new toy: A full RPC steemd node for SteemData

@furion 為了提供一個更穩定，快速的數據庫給各Steemian使用，最近終於設立了一個 Full Node。雖然只是剛剛設立，可是初步已經看到了很好的成果，速度還比 Remote Node 快上了 100倍，希望有更多的用家和開發者能夠受惠。

你要找自由業者嗎？ @jerrybanfield成立了SteemJ正是要把自由業者的市場也帶進Steemit。目前平台在剛剛起步，未來也會有更多的功能陸續最新。

Bitshares 消息
Bitshares - State of the Network - 26th September 2017

之前有報導過的Bitspark將會轉用Bitshares Network來協助他們處理國際貨幣交易一事，目前這計劃已經開始實行了。而Bitspark 其中一個創辦人也參與了本周Bitshares Hangout的訪問，有興趣了解更多可以點選這裡收聽啊[5:55-34:30]。
現在法規對加密貨幣的監控越來越多，有鑑於此 Token & Exchange Self Regulating Body (TXSRB) 也對目前的貨幣進行了一次"體檢"來定義出那一種貨幣屬於 "Clean List" (非證券化)。同時 Stokens.com也會利用 Bitshares 的區塊鏈成立交易所，確保投資者在合規的情況下投資。
