空气炸锅炸虾

这道空气炸锅炸虾是老婆大人新的尝试。
用空气炸锅炸出来的虾一点油都没有，还很香脆。
有兴趣的可以按照下面的做法来做。

🍤 做法：
1️⃣ 虾洗干净控干，去除虾壳（虾尾部的壳留着），挑去虾线。用料酒，生抽，少许白胡椒，一点点糖粉腌制半小时。腌制食材，我总喜欢加一点点糖来吊鲜。
2️⃣ 面包粉用少许油炒至微微发黄。放置一边待凉。这一步是因为虾本身的油脂不是很多，怕成品口感太干。
3️⃣ 虾拍上薄薄的淀粉，沾上蛋液，最后裹上面包粉。串成虾串。
4️⃣ 放入炸锅，可以叠放。我这次做了18只虾，目测一锅应该可以做30个左右。350华氏度，10分钟左右。等到变成金黄色就可以出锅了。注意，中间5分钟左右，上面那一层翻一下面，移动下位置。因为虾的表面比较平整，所以叠放的话，食物间隙不大。为了防止粘面，翻一下比较放心。

🍤口感：感觉和油炸的很接近。外面的皮又香又脆，内部的虾弹牙鲜嫩，还有汁水。
