一餐變兩餐巨大三文治

This time, Goodboy Philip’s Targeted Restaurant #011 and #012 are located in Ginza. The rental fee of Ginza street is very high in Tokyo. The rent of Yamano Music shop is ranked the highest one in Japan, not only Tokyo! Only the super world brand like Apple, Gucci…etc can afford such an expensive rental fee. I went there not for shopping but for eating! So “Is it delicious? Come with Goodboy Philip!”
這天活動的地區在銀座，銀座的街道中，名店林立，是最貴租金的地段，其中「山野樂器」地鋪，更是全日本最高租金的店鋪！(註一) 好孩子來這裏當然不是去名店買東西，而是為了吃東西！「好不好吃？又看下去！」

I would like to show you the two restaurant reports in Ginza this time. The first one is “Amerikan (American) that is located near Kabuki-za (歌舞伎座) (The principal theater for the traditional kabuki drama.).
這天有兩間目標的食店要介紹一下，食店各有特色。第一間食店是在歌舞伎座 (歌舞伎座藝術家在日本有崇高位置，他們都經過長久訓練，可以踏上這個舞台。) 後街的著名三文治食店：喫茶アメリカン。
“Amerikan (American)” originated from year 1982 and served tea and sandwich over thirty years. Many Kabuki-za performers and celebrities are her loyal fans! And main reason I selected this restaurant as targeted gourmet is their super size sandwich! During doing gourmet research, I read many food reports showing that her sandwich is super mega size! When I saw the “real thing”, I was stunned!
這食店自從 1982年至今三十多年，以提供三文治和咖啡最馳名，有很多殿堂級歌舞伎座演員是常客，也有不少演藝界的人士捧場。不過我去的並不是這個原因，而是她的多款勁量激大的三文治！在食店資料蒐集，看到那個份量已經嚇了一跳，去到食店時，更加驚訝！
After arrived the restaurant, it was full house and two guests were waiting inside. It took about ten minutes to get in.
到達食店的時候，全店坐滿食客，有兩位食客正在排隊，我等待了約十分鐘就進店。
The decoration of restaurant is funny. The Japanese and western style posters, artistic painting, celebrities signatures…all around the wall and ceiling of the shop!
食店裝飾有趣，美日式海報混合、藝術畫、名人簽名、貼滿店內上下左右，密集中見心思，混亂中有排序。
OK! Time to order the food! There are ten types of sandwich set selection. The set includes corn soup, tuna and potato salad with bread, and beverage as well. The price is standardized at 1200 Yen (US$10.8) . It seemed that it was expensive to eat sandwich for 1200 Yen? No no! You will see the reason as follow.
看一看她的菜單，三文治套餐有十款三文治選擇、配上粟米湯 (玉米湯)、沙律及飲料，價格是 1200 Yen (HK$85 / 人民幣71) 。1200 Yen 吃三文治看似很昂貴？待會看圖片內文就知道是怎麼一回事。嘻嘻⋯
Among all sandwich, the most famous and popular one is “Egg Sandwich”. For rest of the selections include tuna, chicken, ham, potato ham, ham with cheese, pastrami beef sand, roasted chicken, hamburger and toast, ten styles in total. The beef and hamburger were sold out when I came.
三文治套餐當中，最知名是雞蛋沙津三文治，另有吞拿魚碎、雞肉、火腿、薯蓉火腿、火腿芝士、焗牛肉碎、燒雞肉、漢堡、烤麵包多士十款，到達時廚房說牛肉和漢堡已經賣完了。
Before ordering, I saw the guest nearby and surprised by the size of the sandwich! Originally I planned to order the most famous one: Egg Sandwich. I guessed I could not anything for few days if I ate that egg salad!!! It would take time to digest!!! So I order cheese and ham sandwich.
下單的時候，看到旁邊三文治的巨大，原本想吃雞蛋沙律三文治的念頭也打消了！這麼多的雞蛋，吃了一定很膩，要花上一兩天才消化好！所以我決定轉吃芝士火腿三文治。
The tuna salad and potato salad plus a piece of bread were served as cold dish. The quantity was…too much for appetizer! And there was corn soup as well. It was sweet and delicious with texture of sand. Not bad!
吃三文治前，有一球吞拿魚沙律和一球薯仔沙律作前菜，還配上一塊麵包，量也太多了！幸好有些菜中和一下！粟米湯磨成粟米蓉一樣似的口感，鮮甜好喝！
After eating tuna salad and potato salad plus a piece of bread, I was a little bit full! And cheese and ham sandwich were still on the table! I would say…If I were a child still at growing up stage, I could eat them all at once. However, let’s see the bread? It was as thick as 1.5 inch! The cheese and ham were not one to two pieces! There were 7 to 9 pieces! The quantity and size were triple of normal sandwich. May be it was good for pro eating people for Competitive eating, or speed eating!
吃完那吞拿魚沙律和薯仔沙律麵包，已經有點飽！主角芝士火腿三文治才出來！哇！我想如果我還在孩子發育時期可以全部吃下！現在嘛⋯看看那層麵包，每塊足足有1.5寸厚；芝士火腿不是薄薄一兩片，而是7-9塊夾好！份量比正常三文治多三四倍！這是給大胃王吃的吧！！！
Most guests in restaurant were “normal” guest. Restaurant provided plastic pack for those whom couldn’t finish the food and wanted to take away! Yes! Me too! Please. Finally, I ate half and took away half of sandwich back! Haha..For 1200 Yen set include salad, soup, sandwich and beverage in such big size. In convenient store, it cost you two to three hundred yen for small size. It was great deal if you were hunger!
店內大都是「正常」食客，食店也習慣客人們吃不下而打包拿走。提供膠盒子和釘書機讓客人處理好拿走。在日本打包拿走吃剩的食物，也是很正常的事，不用怕羞。就這樣，我吃了一半，留下另一半打包拿回去宵夜再吃呢！1200 Yen 套餐有湯、沙津、飲品，份量大又可以拿走，也算超值。畢竟在便利店一個三文治也要2-300 Yen 一份，以食店驚人份量，算不錯。
Overall, the size was big while taste was normal. I would suggest to buy take away since it cost only 500 Yen. Before the restaurant closed around 15:00 pm, it was even discounted to 400Yen! It is wise to split it into two meals or share with others. Haha…
總括來說，份量大而味道正常，如果不是堂食而選擇店前外賣，三文治只需要 500 Yen！！！這樣分開兩餐吃；或分給同伴吃就真的化算呢！
After months, I bought the famous egg sandwich as take away. Let’s see the quantity of eggs? I wonder how many eggs it consumed! My little doll “Lemon Ball” was scared by the size and quantity! Haha…
後來，我某天買了食店馳名的雞蛋沙津和薯仔 (土豆) 三文治當作外賣吃，看看蛋碎的份量，你的感覺如何？我家的公仔「檸檬波」被嚇怕了！哈哈⋯
