hello, if you can not get your Enhanced account approved, just use the basic account with two-factor enabled.
一定要保存好二步验证的所有信息！

What are the different levels of verification?
We support two types of accounts.
Basic accounts can withdrawal up to .4 BTC worth of digital currency equivalent per day if they have two-factor enabled.
Enhanced accounts can withdrawal up to 100 BTC per day if they have two-factor enabled.

basic account also can withdraw from bittrex?
The above screenshot showed that non-verified account cannot withdraw from bittrex.

I applied hitbtc.com and can use without issue.

或许护照或身份证 的 姓与名 和 外国人的 姓名 格式不同。
外国人无法核对姓名。
试试联系 Bittrex 看看是不是以上原因。
