最近开始学习冥想，看了几本关于冥想、关于正念的书。粗略翻了一下，发现冥想的原理跟气功应该是差不多的吧？
都是用某种方法去收束思维或者是意念、意识，达到内心平静的效果，祛除焦虑、恐惧、担忧等不良情绪。
我想，在生理上，应该就是引导大脑皮层的神经突触只在某一个小块保持活跃，让其他大部分的神经突触处于不活跃状态，从而得到休息。
所运用的技巧，就是冥想或者气功。
专注你的呼吸，意念集中在丹田等等，都是尽力收束思维的技巧。
而那些关于灵性的描述，恕我愚钝，还领悟不了。
以及对于欲望的收缩，我想无欲无求可能确实会让你更健康长寿一些，但是对于人生的追求，不是长寿和健康就是至高原则吧？
我有欲望，我有追求，并且为之乐此不疲，我觉得是更好的状态。
以上是一点点初学冥想的感受，未完待续。
王小波在白银时代里面有这样一句话：人要是把创造力当成自己的寿命，实际上就是把寿命往短里算。把吃饭屙屎的能力当做寿命，才是益寿延年之妙法。
