I disapprove of this lunch not because the chef was not genourous about the sauce but the whole taste.

It is always a no-no to add tomatoes and too much white wine to cream sauce, acidity from white wine white and tomatoes is always going conflict with cream sauce, creating a strange taste as if someone threw up in over the plate and I were eating the vomit.

Please excuse my bluntness but I still have say that was an epic fail.
