女儿咳嗽咳了三天，实在扛不住了。昨天忍不住给她用药了。
上周五的时候就发现女儿有点不太对劲，早晨起来就开始轻微的咳嗽。当时我和妻子都没太太在意，没用用药也没有给她添加衣服。下午从幼儿园回来，咳嗽明显加重，从早上的干咳变成了咳嗽咳痰。
周末两天在家，虽然给她添加了衣服多喝热水，但是症状还是没有缓解。咳嗽咳痰，不发烧，精神尚可。考虑是病毒感染的的可能。
正常来讲，这个时候是不需要用药的，或者给点中成药。如果一个成年人出在这个阶段，我也会建议他注意休息、多喝水。但是对于儿童，就应该考虑的多一点。
小孩的体质较成人弱，长时间的咳嗽，会导致小孩的肺部免疫力降低，咳嗽的刺激也会导致肺部的受损。现在虽没有细菌感染，但是不能确保不发生继发细菌感染，所以我还是决定给女儿用点药。
昨天用了一天的药，下放学回来感觉女儿的咳嗽已经减轻了一些。今天再用一天应该就能痊愈了！
中医将就辨证论治，其实西医又何尝不是呢！现在讲的个体化用药，不就是辨证论治、具体问题具体分析嘛……
