steem免梯子插件已完成，最后测试中

今晚应该是不会发布了！
开发部分已暂时收工！明天白天测试一下就发布。
我steem用的少，不知道现在有这么多应用，所以之前那个指南仅对busy.org有效。

今天修改了一下。
理论上支持所有使用官方节点的Dapp。
所以，这个插件是steem节点切换插件，而不是仅针对busy.org的免翻墙插件了。
