RE: Summer Road Trip in Waterton and Calgary Canada 加拿大夏日自驾游沃特顿和卡尔加里 by @shenchensucc

Thank you for your support and glad to know that the Alberta has a large investment on the "clean energy", it looks like the oilsand can not support Alberta forever. I come to Canada six years ago, finished my degree in Edmonton and now working in the same city. Been to Calgary several times and love it very much. Hopefully I can have a chance to work in Calgary in the future.

Yes, the end of petroleum for fuel is definitely in the cards, but still much needed for plastics and other non-fuel purposes. It will still be a challenge for all of us, but new opportunities too.

I grew up in Edmonton, but left in 1990. I lived in Banff for five years working in IT and moved to Calgary in 1996.

IT is a very hot and promsing major to work in. To damage the oil and gas industry in Alberta, people do not need to not use oil at all, 1% less demonding or crude oil below 40 usd again, would damage Alberta hard enough again. You should saw a lot of what happened in these three years here. I am working in this industry and really worried when think deeply. lol.
