盐洲岛，位于广东惠州市惠东县，是惠州唯一的海岛镇。一般是从惠东黄埠镇，经过盐洲大桥到达。盐洲岛在以前并不是热门的海岛游之地，某一天，有一群驴友到达了盐洲岛，无意中发现了它们-日落下的滩涂，百鸟归巢；日出之时，光打在一大片玄武岩的瞬间。
现在的盐洲岛，已经被越来越多人闻之，但是因为未有足够的开发，仍保留了很多的原始海岛风味，可是岛上的接待能力有限，在节假日的时候，住宿紧张。

在炎炎的夏日，想去海滩走走，感受一丝清凉，没有太多的假期，无法到海南岛，而周末的两天假期出游，盐洲岛是你不二的选择。去的话，摄影发烧友记得带上长焦镜头，女士们记得穿颜色鲜艳点的裙子，很多地方可以拍美照哦~
经过黄埠镇，到达了盐洲大桥，因为盐洲的特殊地理位置，所以盐洲大桥两边的水很平静，并没有特别大的浪，走到这里已经可以看到白鹭的影子，它们总是三三两两的飞过水面，可惜我的渣渣拍照技术抓拍不到。盐洲大桥两边的风景都挺不错，夜幕降临后，这里晚风徐徐，镇上很多人晚饭后就到这里散步，钓鱼，三两聊天。

过完盐洲大桥，右转就是惠东湿地公园，同时也是白沙村所在地。白沙村靠近滩涂的民宿非常抢手，因为很适合摄影发烧友拍摄傍晚白鹭归巢和日落滩涂。因为事先订好了住宿，我们就直接先导航到民宿，放下东西休息一下先，而且下午2点多的时间，太阳火辣辣的，进行户外活动也不适合。
盐洲岛上的民宿，是当地的居民自家建的楼房，自己经营，岛上是没有酒店的，要注意哦，如果是不喜欢住民宿的朋友，就要在黄埠镇上订酒店了。无论是盐洲岛还是黄埠镇，住宿都不贵，黄埠镇上距离盐洲岛比较近的是维也纳国际酒店，新开的一个连锁酒店，附近有大型的超市，上岛也就仅15分钟不到的车程。
我们下榻的民宿是祥鹭居，在出名的白鹭园对面。在盐洲岛，拍摄位置最佳的是白鹭园，祥鹭居次之。老板夫妇非常淳朴，每次只要我们问岛上景点的问题，他们总会很详细的解说，并且拿出手机给我们看自己拍的照片，总是说，盐洲岛很漂亮，情不自禁地流露出对家乡的自豪之情。
听从了老板娘的建议，4点多的时候我们开始出发去距离民宿8.5公里的杨屋海滩，因为我们没有吃午饭，大家都饥肠辘辘，在经过盐洲镇市场的时候，就停下来，在路边的小摊上买点当地的小吃。听说，一般下午3点左右才会有卖。消暑解渴的老鼠仔，黄澄澄的油炸饼，还有味道非常惊喜的粉蒸糕。。。现在回想起来都觉得美味。

过了镇中心，走过了旧盐洲大桥后，剩下的路基本是土路，所以灰尘很大。
杨屋有一个不太好的地方，就是当地的人“占地为王”，收取每辆车的停车费20块，也没有任何的发票，而开车到杨屋，基本上只能停在那儿，然后进入海滩。
杨屋海滩长度相比起湾仔海滩不算长，但是比较干净，基本上没有什么垃圾，所以海水也比较清澈，有点东南亚的feel，湛蓝湛蓝的。初次看到连遍的玄武岩，觉得蛮有意思的。因为长期被海浪冲打，岩石上有延绵的黑色，所以也被驴友称为黑排角。杨屋海滩的浪挺大的，而且经常会有暗流，下水一定要一定要多加注意，最好是配上救生衣或者游泳圈。

夏季，白鹭回巢的时间在晚上6点半左右，滩涂大概在5点半已经退潮，因为想着要去滩涂看风景，太阳又还是很猛烈，就驱车回白沙村了。
