Don't take it too often. Opiates are one of if not THE most addicting drug on this planet. I know from experience and believe me the withdrawals from the drug are like nothing you will ever want to expierience or wish upon your most hated enemy.
I'm not saying never do it (even though if needed take as prescribed) but if you're doing it for recreational purposes please do it with extreme caution and rarity. Just don't fall into the trap. You will regret it.
