I love my coffee and the smell of roasting beans. I envy what you do as that would be a dream job. I try and get at least once a month a fresh bag of roasted coffee. I have stopped drinking instant bottle crap years ago and have become very fussy and love experimenting. I found the post very interesting and you must do more .

Thank you very much, I try and do a coffee post when I have a new one to share - I do tend to roast the same origins over and over and most of those I have already posted about - some were so long ago though I could get away with doing them again!
I would look forward to that and nothing wrong with a re run lol.
