With the flow I moved in since August, I made HashHub original blend coffee!
In this article, I will tell you about the secret story of creating original coffee!
First of all, in making blend, what matters is "to decide the concept of flavor"!
The reason why the concept is not decided is because the title of the book is not decided! !
So, I started blending from listening to the concept of HashHub to Mr. Higashi who is CEO of HashHub!

"Hash is a hash function such as Hash.

Based on this concept, we have inflated the image of flavor!

"There is a flavor that is the center of HashHub, and around it, coffee beans of unique production areas all over the world are running around."

To embody this image
I used the technique "multiply blended coffee and single origin coffee" this time!
For the blended coffee, I chose a type that roasts deeply and feels slightly acidic!
And I chose "Ethiopia and Mandelin" for the single origin! !
In terms of image, I understand intuitively that it is better to incorporate Ethiopia into it!
Moreover, the beans of “Natural" which is a special cultivation method were very unique taste and matched with the image! !
Also, I had to mix another bean, and this was the biggest challenge this time!
So I made a prototype blend of Mandelin and Kenya added to the base formulation! !
We tasted the blend of the prototype!
In case
Mandelin type was "taste like black beer", Kenyan type was "taste like warm fruit juice"!
Mr. Higashi said, "Both are delicious, but the image of HashHub is Mandelin type!", The direction of the blend was decided at this moment! !
Ultimately, fine adjustment of the formulation, confirmation and adjustment of coffee maker's condition placed in HashHub, was completed, completed!
On the day of completion, the event of HashHub was just held, and the participants had a freshly made blended coffee! !

さて、今回は、日本のブロックチェーンスタジオである「HashHub」の話になります！
8月から入居した流れで、HashHubオリジナルブレンドコーヒーを制作しました！
この記事では、オリジナルコーヒーの制作秘話について、お話させていただきます！
まず、ブレンド作りにおいて、大事なのは「風味のコンセプトを決める」ことです！
コンセプトが決まらないのは、本のタイトルが決まらないようなものだからです！！
そこで、HashHubのCEOである東さんに、HashHubのコンセプトを聞くところから、ブレンド作りがスタートしました！
東さんが語る、HashHubのコンセプトは・・・
「Hashは、ハッシュ関数などのHash。
Hubは、拠点という意味なので、暗号通貨関連の色々な人や、プロジェクトが集まる中心地。
それが、HashuHubになります！」
このコンセプトをもとにして、香味のイメージを膨らませていきました！
自分の頭に浮かんだのは・・・
「HashHubという中心となる香味があり、その周りを、世界中の個性的な産地のコーヒー豆が駆け巡っている」
このようなイメージでした！
このイメージを具現化するために
「ブレンドコーヒーとシングルオリジンコーヒーを掛け合わせる」という技術を、今回使いました！
ブレンドコーヒーは、ローストが深いタイプで、微かに酸味が感じられる、タイプのものを選択しました！
そして、シングルオリジンには「エチオピアとマンデリン」を選択しました！！
イメージ的に、エチオピアを配合に入れた方が良いのは直感的に理解していました！
しかも、特別な栽培方法である「ナチュラル製法」の豆が、とても個性的な味わいで、イメージに合致していました！！
あと、もう1種類の豆を配合する必要があったのですが、これが、今回最大の難関でした！
そこで、ベースとなる配合に、マンデリンとケニアをそれぞれ加えた、プロトタイプのブレンドを作りました！！
そのプロトタイプのブレンドを、東さんにテイスティングしてもらいました！
マンデリンタイプは「黒ビールのような味わい」、ケニアタイプは「温かいフルーツジュースのような味わい」でした！
東さんから「両方とも美味しいけど、HashHubのイメージはマンデリンタイプ！」と言っていただき、ブレンドの方向性が、この瞬間に決まりました！！
最終的に、配合を微調整して、HashHubに置いてある、コーヒーメーカーの条件を確認・調整して、完成するに至りました！
完成した日は、ちょうどHashHubのイベントが開催されていて、参加者に出来立てのブレンドコーヒーを飲んでいただきました！！
みなさんから「美味しい！」と感想をいただき、開発者として、とても嬉しかったですね！
また、翌日以降に、ツイッターでも「HashHubのコーヒーは、とても美味しい！」「もう他のコーヒーを飲むことができない！！」というツイートが流れていましたね！！
HashHubでは、国内最高レベルのコーヒーを飲むことができます！
