Clearly exchanged like CoinBase, GDAX, and Kraken have proven to have subpar support and reliability. For being entities that deal with our money, some actual support would be nice.
I've read that Gemini is pretty solid, but they require a social security number. I'm weary about this , but would like to hear everyone's thoughts and experiences.
