I basically put ETH out of my mind after seeing their gas structure and the price of transacting, so if they've made actual progress on that it definitely has not crossed my path. I still don't think I'll buy any, but given that I was 100% sure they'd remain a shitshow forever, that's cool to hear. I'll maybe spend five minutes reading some news about it.

I was pretty shocked myself. I've been ignoring all things ETH. Definitely taking another look now. The gas fees were a huge HELL NO for me too.
