Planning has begun for CoinFestUK 2020! Our dates have been confirmed as April 3rd, 4th & 5th 2020, exciting times!
Some things are changing for CoinFestUK 2020! However first of all our event will still be free to attend and will still host workshops, speaker presentations and exhibitors but for 2020 we are adding more to our event. For 2020 our event will run from Friday to Sunday.
Our 2020 event will host CoinFestUKs first Bitcoin Beer Party, aswell as crypto themed beverages attendees will also be able to test lightning network enabled beer taps.
5 Minutes of fame - At CoinFest 2020 attendees will get a chance of "5 minutes of fame" - We will be hosting interviews with attendees and you'll have the chance to be included in our post event video/media coverage
BTC treasure hunt - Find the hidden private keys throughout the CoinFestUK 2020 Venue. With clues encoded into QR codes around the venue and extra prizes hidden in our balloon pit.
Afterparty - Our after-party will begin on the last day of our event and it is being planned with help from some of our loyal attendees.
Lastly for 2020 our venue will be changing, we are still searching for the right venue, we know what we want and what our sponsors and attendees like, we will confirm once we have secured the new venue.
We still have a lot of updates to follow, we have had interest of new exhibitors and sponsors and are partnering with companies around Manchester for promotion of the event. We are super excited to feature CoinFestUK on the Orient screen at Europe's largest food court / the second largest shopping venue in the UK, the Trafford Centre!
