Spread situation of the steemit community in Japan and abroad - many individuals and groups are working on this. @stephenkendal has done amazing work in the UK trying to bring new steemians onboard.
Difference from other companies' similar services. (Definitely Alis token) - ALIS doesn't have a blockchain and is probably about 1 year away. Other blockchains offer a tipping model, while Steemit offers a rewards pool. The latter of which is by far the more preferable and proven.
Possibility of cooperation with media companies like ours - SMTs.
