My collage: In the museum
This is my second entry to Let's Make a Collage - A Contest for All Creatives, by @shaka, Round 82. A nice contest.
Esta es mi segunda entrada a Hagamos un collage - Un concurso para todos los creativos, por @shaka, Ronda 82. Un concurso agradable.
To make the collage, I used the Gimp program, using @shaka's photograph for the contest as a base layer.
Para hacer el collage, utilicé el programa Gimp, usando como capa base la fotografía de @shaka para el concurso.
On the photograph of @shaka I mounted the images of extra-terrestrial ships and an alien observing them.
Sobre la fotografía de @shaka monté las imágenes de naves extra-terrestres y un alien observándolas.
In duplicates of the pasted layers, I did the respective scaling and erasing, to integrate the new images to the base image.
The drawing of the ship I copied and climbed again, to paste two other ships, which would give the impression of being at different distances
En duplicados de las capas, hice la respectiva escalada y borrado, para integrar las nuevas imágenes a la imagen base.
El dibujo de la nave lo copié y escalé de nuevo, para pegar otras dos naves, que dieran la impresión de estar a diferentes distancias
I closed this project and turned it into a painting, to paste it on a new layer like the photograph of a museum room.
Cerré este proyecto y lo convertí en un cuadro, para pegarlo en una nueva capa como la fotografía de una sala de museo.
With a new job of scaling, moving and erasing, I arrived at the final version of this collage, adding a final layer underneath to place a shadow band on the bottom edge of the overlay box.
Con un nuevo trabajo de escalar, desplazar y borrar, llegué a la versión final de este collage, agregando por debajo una última capa para colocarle una franja de sombra en el borde inferior del cuadro superpuesto.
