The one on the left is a baby crow begging for food.The one on the dish is ready to feed the baby(it looks big for a baby but you can tell by the fluffier feathers and they are a lighter color)I only figured this out after watching them for a while.Seems like this is the time when they parents are trying to get them to eat on they're own.They come and eat the cats food.They love cat food.the birds eat more cat food than the cats do.

im wrong they are blackbirds.and a starling.the crows are the ones that come out on garbage day and tear my bags apart
