Unhappiness is contagious, like any illness. And happiness the same. If you help others to be happy, you mostly help yourself to be happy.

The man deeply interested in his own happiness is always interested in the happiness of others, which is why he helps them. If every man would learn to take care of himself, the whole world would be happy. Misfortunes would have no chance.

If you want to be healthy, you can not live with sick people. How could you be healthy? It is impossible, it is against the laws of nature. You will have to help others be healthy, and this will endanger your own health.

Teach each to take care of himself, and this will awaken the care of others. Therefore, this also gives rise to care for you. It is the same with happiness. And it can be multiplied.

You get so much happiness, how many happy people are around you. You can be very happy.
