For today's #colorchallenge by @kalemandra, I have prepared pictures of a blue flower, which one of the first starts to bloom after a long winter. This is a Scilla siberica:
But this flower has nothing to do with Siberia. Crimea, the Caucasus, Turkey and the European part of Russia are the main zones of growth of the Scilla siberica :
Why she was called Siberian now no one knows) In general, it does not matter. It is great that Scilla siberika will please us with its flowering two more weeks:
