The viewers of Colors' reincarnation drama "Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki" recently witnessed a major twist in the storyline when lead actress Kratika Dheer's (Tanushree) stint on the show came to an end. Shivani Tomar has now entered the show as Tanushree's reincarnated version.
While fans of the show are still coming to terms with Kratika's exit, the latest buzz is that Zuber K Khan, who plays the role of Rishi's (played by Ssharad Malhotra) younger brother Manpreet, is planning to quit the show.
With "Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki" taking 20 years leap, all the actors will be shown ageing on-screen. While the rest of the cast have no qualms with the storyline, Zuber apparently doesn't want to play the role of a father at this stage of his career, India Forums reported.
The report said that besides being reluctant about ageing on-screen, Zuber apparently has to travel abroad for prior work commitment and has reportedly notified the makers about this. Zuber has earlier been part of popular shows like "Kumkum Bhagya" and "Sadda Haq" among others.
"Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki" is an eternal love story of Rishi and Tanushree. The plot of the show revolves around Rishi, who falls head over heels in love with Tanushree, but a tragedy strikes the couple even before they fulfill their dream of being together.
In other news, Ssharad and Kratika made headlines a few months ago, when they were warned for their inappropriate behaviour with the production unit as well as the media. Kratika had reportedly shooed away a media person present on the sets, claiming that their presence disturbed her work. Ssharad, on the other hand, was warned as he had been losing his temper with his unit members.
