Nah. Got em through Diamond. We had a direct account with Funko but years back they complicated things greatly and basically strong armed smaller dealers like us to deal with Diamond or EE.
Not sure of the shop you are referring to, but Funko has been absolutely disgusting in communication and pretty much everything if you aren’t a big box retailer. So it’s no surprise in all honesty.
The shop in question is Shoppoponline, they've not been fulfilling any orders for a large amount of people besides myself and there's been a lot of weird sketchy shit going on with them. Promises refunds with a 15 percent fee, then never gives them. Owner will pretend like he has absolutely nothing to do with the online store if you call them in person. They change stories often when they're not ignoring your emails. (For example, they told me they had all but one item in a chase bundle pre-order. Then 6 months later when I ask they have the item they were waiting on originally, but now another piece of my order is gone/was never there and now they have to wait on that.) It's been fun stuff.
