Why Batman Should Defect to the Marvel Universe..
Or Better Yet, Trade Him for Thor !!
Who do you identify with more, a guy whose family was murdered by the mob and through sheer will and hard training, using homemade and off-the-shelf weapons and materials, becomes exceptionally good at exacting revenge on all of criminality, OR .. an alien who can "fly" ( actually .. Superman does not 'fly', he jumps!!) .. flies so fast and can generate so such momentum, that if he did so against the rotation of the Earth itself .. he can turn back the hands of TIME!? WTF yo!?

Batman Belongs Among the Marvel Mundane ..
Very much a combination of Daredevil and the Punisher, Batman does not fit amongst the over-powered freaks of the DC Universe .. I mean, an immortal Amazonian with an invisible plane, a dude from Atlantis that can breath under water .. oh ya, and is their rightful King of course .. a guy who can run faster than sound .. uh huh .. not to mention some of the villians these guys are facing .. it is all just very weird!
For certain Marvel has its share of far out villians .. like the planet-eating Galactus - seems unstoppable right? Well, the cool thing is he sends heralds, like the Silver Surfer to do his bidding .. and they are stoppable.
Anyway, good luck to DC with their attempts to mimic Marvel's movie triumphs. Judging by Batman vs Superman and Suicide Squad you are going to need all the luck in the world. People just don't 'get it' .. but they do get Punisher, Spiderman, Daredevil, Wolverine, Iron Man .. and all the other awesome heroes, who are not that far removed from ourselves.
.. with a lot more 'human-sized' villians...

I would love to see Batman dip into the Marvel universe for like a year, would be awesome the fights and teamups. I don't know who he would get along with at all. Maybe Mr. Fantastic, possibly Tony Stark, they would either love or hate each other.

He flies. Jumping is vertical, he flies horizontal.
Nope! Originally ..he was just jumpin :)
But eventually that translated into flying because, by definition, "jumping" is vertical - not horizontal.
