Because that was a bottle of wine from Phantom Lady's wine cellar that Granite Lady broke over Moon Girl's head in the dungeon last chapter. In case anyone forgot. Apparently half the wishes were used to get Phantom Lady's stuff. Talk about being the person that everyone else wants to be.
