Panquecas...
Quien no disfruta de unas ricas panquecas?A mi me encantan. Pero como muchos ya saben; en este país, si no es, porque no hay, es porque no esta al alcance de nuestro bolsillo o simplemente no es una prioridad. Así que para no vernos tan privados de muchas cosas que nos gustan, nos hemos hecho especialistas en improvisar.
''Ingredientes''
400gr de harina de trigo.
1 huevo o (2 cucharadita de aceite= 5ml)
60gr de azucar o (cantidad al gusto)
Una pizca de sal. La sal en la repostería es esencial para fijar la azúcar.
De tener vainilla, se puede añadir si es su gusto.
Los ingredientes acá descritos es para una cantidad de 10 a 12 panquecas tamaño medio.
''Preparacion''
En un recipiente colocar 500 ml de agua, y añadir todos los ingredientes antes mencionados. No hay un orden especifico. Si es su gusto, batir primero el huevo, sus panquecas quedaran mas suaves.
También puede mezclar todos los ingredientes en una licuadora.
Una vez mezclado todos los ingredientes... en una plancha o sarten pre calentado, en porciones generosas vaya a agregando la mezcla. De poseer un Tostiarepa es muy util, quedan espectaculares...
Coloque la llama a fuego lento para una buena cocción y queden doraditas.
Una vez listas nuestras panquecas añadir mantequilla, si lo desean y tienen, queso o cualquier otro ingrediente de nuestra preferencia por Ej: Miel o sirope de chocolate.
Y listo... buen provecho!😋
