Thank you for bringing this important topic to light. I have heard from many people attempting to live in these communities that social harmony is the most challenging. Especially as you mentioned on the subject of conflict resolution. This is something that has destroyed a lot of projects in this area. A leader from a local community gathering place was recently speaking on the topic of how we just don't naturally know how to come together and be truly a collaboration. We are struggling with archetypes from the past systems that haunt us. Very interested in the solutions you see for this. <3
