- Please try a much a possible to avoid flagging the author if the author claims to be the writer.

Flagging
Flagging' or 'down-voting' is a way to show disapproval for a post or comment. Flagging is the entire opposite of up-voting.
Why You Should Not Flag

Point of view (P.O.V) flagging/ Subjective flagging.

That was a very important topic addressed by you @gbenga , I just use to hear about flagging before, I never knew what it means, now I know I can report and make complaints to steemit sweepers. I only missed not being able to make a selfie with you

I just got something from this blog post. Was feeling bad I couldn't make it down for the presentation, but not anymore.
You were so amazing as you taught the dos and donts of flagging and Steemit abuse in general! We got several questions for not giving you more time...lol. You showed me how to create tables in Markdown style without much ado and you blew me away with your humility and vast knowledge.
