RE: Is there Value in Upvoting comments?

in #community7 years ago

I would say that's a good rule of thumb you follow. I find myself looking more at the time I will be back to full power and so vote until the time of replenishment reaches to sometime in the morning the next day that I know I will be back at it again. That way, I'm not wasting the SP overnight (or at least that's my theory).

Yes and it works out good especially when you space out your votes as in my case where i do a little commenting and replying a little all throughout the day.

I like the idea of spacing things out, but it doesn't seem to work like that for me. I also like to comment while people are around in case they want to reply, especially if I've asked a question. I guess there's nothing wrong with extending a conversation over a longer period of time but it just helps sometimes to have what's being talked about fresh in my mind so I don't repeat myself or feel like I should go back and see what I've previously said. Longwinded and redundant is not a good mix. :)

Ahhahaha I hear you on that Glenn unfortunately adulting needs to be done and in between job, life and relationships is teh time I can squeeze in comments haha

I know. Reality keeps getting in the way. My wife keeps wanting to haul me back to reality every time I stray too far from it. Oh, well. We do what we got to do, don't we? :)

Speaking of reality getting in the way. Are you making any headway with dating that movie star yet? :)
