Indeed, it can really add up, and it is a shame for so many people to feel like their vote is wasted.
Regarding the dollar, it is not a fixed value, just a recommendation. You can send in anything bigger than $0.014 SBD to activate your account. Maybe we should clarify that in the text.
That may be a good idea. The people who will benefit the most are the ones with the smallest amounts handy.
