I completely agree, it could be summed up nicely by Steve Job's snippet from some conference he had, the 10 rules of success :D
It mostly works here and if you have a focus on the important aspects you can move mountains, much like @surpassinggoogle has :) that boy Terry splashed so many waves here he's in most of the communities already and making communities :D all because this opportunity is golden to him, he can push through the chores, put in the effort, put in the work and still he's out to reward everyone and help others, nevermind the effort he exuded, nevermind the hours he spent, every time he just keeps pushing.
There is that perspective, or the lazy-smart way, less effort but higher impact, you are still consistent, but now you are also precise and dynamic :)
Well that second one is mostly a concept for me at this stage,
I have to say I learned most of that the hard way :) experimenting, I still can't get a community around reading and engaging people's content and views, rather than just the surface level, rewards and reactions ...
any tips? :) except fun and like-minded people, which is probably all that is necessary in the case, coupled with effort and hope :)
