That's not how it works. You enroll on their discord channel and promote in their #post-promotion channel on Discord and their bots will upvote you up to twice a day.
Resteems are chosen manually based on content quality (and all upvotes are checked for quality and low quality authors are blacklisted).
Thanks @josephsavage We learn new things everyday. It's painful to sit down and design for hours for something that's not going to be seen. I will check out their Discord channel. ;-)
