I think it's an arc everyone on Steemit goes through. That huge initial push, the finding of a comfort zone, growth, then a moment where they're like...well, like you right now. I've heard a lot of people commenting about how it's hard to keep up with everyone, keep on everything, watch and comment, but, we're only human.
As long as we realize that we've strayed from the path we wanted to be on, that's a good thing. But, remember you're human and trying to be current with that many people is impossible. Human beings are only able to really relate to something like 180 people, total. And intimately, like 8-10. So science says. Do your best, that's all anyone can ask for :)
