You are absolutely right and I have tried a few different avenues like this. Hopefully they kick ass and take names or something. I know they will do the support thing more effectively than I can, freeing me up more time to just browse and actually read and enjoy my time instead of worrying about managing my vp and so on. At least take away that issue.
