If you haven't been using the Steemit beta site, I highly recommend you do and take advantage of the new communities features.

A few new changes came out today that make the user experience a little nicer. As communities are implemented via Hivemind, no hard fork is needed to make changes. This allows for much more rapid development and more frequent updates.

Communities Account Tab

Here you can see all the communities you are part of, you can also use this to view the communities are users are part of.

Notifications Redesign

Notifications have been cleaned up and are now showing the avatar of the user. There are also some icons that represent the type of notification.

Community Admins

This is a feature I really have been wanting since communities was announced. You can now see who owns a community from the community listing page.

While these are not ground breaking changes, they are steps in the right direction. I expect more updates will be coming soon as communities continues to be polished.

If you have feedback on communities, please make a post about it and post it in the Community Feedback community.

Where can I go to join communities?

I see now, its in the drop down tab right on the main feed.

Sorry love, I thought you meant the site, not the location on beta.

another great step towards greater future aye ? 🥰🥰 can't wait to see more upcoming features. Is it possible that Steemit, just like other platforms, would give a space for a tab where we can access or see an account's album of his posts history images and by clicking it we will be sent to its original post. 😁😁

I don’t think that is on the list but you can make a post detailing it under the Community Feedback Community.

thanks @themarkymark for hearing me out 😊😊
