Hahahahaha! This made me laugh. I don't have a moral for it, but I did enjoy it.

Thanks for reading my story. The story have a good moral which I written in the finishing line.

It's a story that seem to be negative but has positive lesson to be learnt from the last line

Knowledge is not power but proper application of knowledge gives us power

The father faced the opportunity to have the nun as he wished,
he only had to go higher.(Raise your hand and let everything flow.)

hahaha I have laughed a lot and I hope not to be wrong. Good luck to all, greetings.

If you want to enter into the Competition then you have to Resteem the post. Follow rules and enter into the Competition.

I have already corrected. Say reeteem and upvote. sorry

Hahaha! The morale:
We must be aware of each rule, norm, law or as in the case of history, which would be the bible. At any moment of life, it will happen to us as a priest. This happens not to study or learn things well. Imagine that the priest remembered that valuable page, because it would not fail. It is like in the case of this same contest, anyone enters, participates and does not read the rules and then regret being disqualified.
Good luck to everyone.

This story is beyond the values that each person. It is more than all the weaknesses and strengths of individuals, that we keep quiet and do not ask, so as not to be ignorant; and we lose the opportunities that life presents us, without risking.

Moral of the story:
We need to be involved with the vocation in the activities we do, so as not to forget small or trivial things related to it; and if we do not know it, do not keep quiet and ask; because we lose great opportunities that do not return and then we regret it.

It is better to ignore things than to be ignorant of them. Sometimes we think we look like a fool if we ask something they think we know, but it's better to look foolish than to miss enjoying what we want.

The priest does not take seriously the word of God, does not know the essence of his vocation. There is a double standard, absent from the word of God and think in history that I could take advantage of a situation that is clearly prohibited. In either case as it would go to hell lol @malay11

@moneyinfant has added your contest to the list Steemit Writing Contests: Issue #49. The list is updated on a daily basis and your contest will remain on the list until its expiration - there's nothing you need to do.

The list was created to save writers the excessive amount of time spent searching through the #contest tag for writing contests. Now they can just come to the list each day, see new contests and use their time doing what they love - writing.

If you'd like to help spread the word about the Steemit Writing Contest List I'd really appreciate a resteem, but it certainly isn't necessary. The project is simply meant to help writers save time and contest creators attract more contestants.

P.S. If you know of any contests I've missed I'd love to hear about them. Thanks!

I will not say the moral of the story is that the priest should have known his bible, because his knowledge of the word would have made him to sin, i would say the moral of the story is that we should always be mindful of whoever we are lifting on the way especially ministers to avoid distractions.

@malay11 The moral is that every man should know what is good for himself and his fellow human beings and do whatever is good for everyone instead of listening to a book.

moral of the story
Learn to ask questions about what is not clear to you because I believe if the father had asked what was in page No 182 he would have gotten what he wanted. @malay11

Jajaja. Es bien osado ese cura. La moraleja es aprende tu oficio porque sino pasas por ignorante y pierdes las oportunidades que tienes a la mano.

Funny. The moral of this story is, women need to be clear about what they want men to do, because men can't figure these things out on their own.

Really Funny 😂 as per my point of view
Moral of the story is

"Lack of Knowledge in own field could result into loss of new opportunities"

Moral: Always learn to ask questions when you do not understand, it will guide you.

moral lesson: Be persistent whenever you are doing what makes or will make you happy or learn to be persistent and consitent in your pursuit and always endeavor to go higher

Although the priest was wrong to be doing that, still a moral lesson has been learnt.....

GIVE MY 10 SBD TO ME PLEASEEEE....LOLZ

MORALEJA: Ignorance sometimes protects us. The temptation can be strong, but the cunning of the tempter is more, especially when he uses the knowledge of the law or the word in his favor.

Sometimes you slow down in life and do not achieve what you want when you do not pass the small obstacles to believe them insurmountable. In the story, the Bible feels a strong word of Law and Punishment and not a book of way and advice to achieve what many times you want. REGARDS

The moral is that when there principles and values must always be present without hesitation.@malay11

It does not matter how much you study or work in a field. There will always be someone who knows more than you.

I think the moral is simple. If you do not ask, you will not receive.

If the priest simply asked what was on page 182 he would have reached the promised land. Great story and contest and I have upvoted and resteemed.

"To live in ignorance is to lose oneself of the opportunities that life has"

The moral of the story

It's good to be a reader and it would be better if someone understand what the content is really saying. As the father don't really remember or understand what it is in page in page 182

Thanks @malay11 for this comment contest.

MORAL : you can't gain victory unless you gained over ignorance.

Explanation of the moral learned :
The father suffered for not really knowing the content of that page 182.
So as a consequence he let the girl go, the girl is talking in proverb but he didn't understand.
That's why people use to say "stay ignorance and die for it" and according to Dalai Lama who says
"where ignorance is our master, there is no possibility of real peace "
One should acquired more knowledge and understanding both in your field and other profession.
Googluck to everyone!

Read to understand not because you are been told to do it
Sometimes we lose things because we are not informed... There is a saying that if u want to hid things from man, put it in a book.

My opinion: The temptation of the meat is very strong and controlling is not easy, but
The moral for this story is: Information and knowledge are the keys that can lead you to succeed in life

by @norkamoran

The moral of the story seems to be 'no risk no reward' because if the priest had been willing to take a risk by asking what Page 182 contained, risking his reputation/office, then perhaps the lady might have told him and he might have been 'rewarded'...we lose 100% of the shots we don't take.

the moral is, we should always make sure we always read. The father was a clergy man, and he should have read the bible very well, to know what was written in page 182, but he didnt, and missed his opportunity.

Moral: Be knowledgeable in your own profession.

The Moral of this story is that "One must always be prepared". Because when preparedness meets opportunity, good luck is born.

MORAL : Don't give up
