Computers are becomming stupid...

Yes, form what I can see they are, although, you could argue that computers cant be stupid, because they do exactly what they are programmed to. Then why are they? Why does a program not see a file that it just opened? Why do we get error messenges saying "404 file not found" when you just clicked that filed to open it? Why does windows tell you that you need to update to install updates?

Is it the programmers thatis stupid? since its them that made the softwares that does these things, isnt it?

I recently did a reinstall of windows 7 and got some of these:
"To check for updates you must first configure automatic updates"
"To check for updates you must first install "an update". "

here is an interesting one; While installing windows updates: "Windows needs to restart" -> Restart. Windows boots up and opens Internet explorer that shows me: "Internet explorer is out of date, please update". I click: "not now" as I want to see what info windows wants to open. Then i get this messenge: "Browser is not supported, you must update the browser to use this website". Well then.. I open that page in Firefox as i installed that one earlier. And the page is........ "Internet Explorer help" UPS?

So what is the case here? Is the computers being programmed to be stupid? or?

What if your computer wont boot up and only displays this: "MF3T5HU is missing" or "error; failed to boot" Because stuff like that also happens. Like, um yes, you failed, but why did you fail? And what is that number/name/code? One would think we have worked with programs enough to know to put in some way to inform what is causing the errors as they most likely have happened many times before, right?

Just because things like these annoys me.

Whether a bit tongue-in-cheek or just reporting factually, it is true, I think, for most people

My pet hate, since coming to steemit, is that every couple of weeks, I cannot open the 'submit' page. Iy just starts opening, says ;loading' and then does nothing - once I let it carry on loading for 7 hours while I slept.

The only way to get it to work is by uninstalling Firefox, then go into Documents and Setting and get rid of all Firefox files (otherwise the problem remain.)

This means I must set it up with all my pinned tabs, enter passwords and so on, one by one.

It does not happen with any other platform or site, so it makes me wonder....does my pc hate steemit or is it reacting to some subconscious emoting of mine?
