I finally figured it out. It was something you said, Antisocialist said and something I found on steemit, it finally clicked into place.

You weren’t using Hive Keychain?
I have a Hive Keychain. But I also was having the same problem on steemit. It's sort of confusing, when Ronodon (I know that's not exactly how he spells it without having to go look though....) was trying to help me he had me in my hive keychain looking around a lot. That's when I notice the keys in there weren't mine, it was the something antisocialist said about look for a space at the end of the keychain, but it wasn't at the end, the ones in the keychain were dashes in the middle. Like I mentioned I never put my keys in the Hive Key chain, always meant to but never got around to it. Since I was having the same problem posting on steemit I decided to go over there and query around since I think everyone here gave up hope on me. I ran across an article over there that said this can happen if there is a character either in the article or link that the system doesn't recognize. So I figured since you said clear my cache, that a cache meant the actual post I had written and not everything I had written since I've been on here. (You really do need to be specific when it comes to me, I am not computer or computer lingo savvy) So I looked through the post and I didn't see anything odd character wise. I went ahead and deleted the post just in case but nothing changed. That's when I happen to look up and I seen a # at the end of the link. Taking that out was all it took. Thank goodness I read several articles on the matter over there and with some people it was in the post, with others it was in the link. So I came back here, and it was the same. Still sort of weird because it makes you wonder how the # got there in the first place.
I did go back into my wallet tonight to look at the keys again to see if those keys were still in there. (Remember, it's me when I say this), but I couldn't find where the keys were when I went into the wallet. I clicked on several things and looked but couldn't find those keys again. So what that all means, I have no idea. I don't know if I should get rid of the wallet and get a new one or just leave well enough alone.
