[#49362] I am a victim fake sexual assault allegation, I am so nervous. At the beginning I was strong because I am innocent, but when I read stories of similar cases I feel the court believes women. I do not know what I should do, affording a lawyer is very expensive, and I am not sure if the lawyer which might be afforded by the court will be serious in handling with my case, I am collapsing. The process is so difficult, investigation, DNA test, trials,....I cannot understand why they use the evidences of the sexual connection as sexual assault evidences. That is over of my ability.
