Why do people reply with the following? What does this mean?

I do that because it triggers tipping bots that give hive-engine tokens to the person I comment on. Usually you have to have a certain amount of the token staked in order to be able to call the tipping bot. I like hive-engine tokens and have a lot of many of them. To me, they are just for fun and I have no expectation of any profit from any of them. Not Financial Advice! :)

A Hive token tipping command tells a Hive token tipping bot to send a #HiveEngine tipping token to the author of the post or comment being replied to. 🤓 The tipping bot still decides though whether to fulfill such command, if the user using the command (or the "tipper") can tip (for the day, or at all). 😏
